  • Client financial records: We retain tax returns, financial statements, and related documents for a minimum of 7 years in accordance with IRS guidelines and professional CPA standards
  • Communication records: Retained for 3 years after the last interaction
  • Website analytics data: Retained for up to 26 months
  • Marketing data: Retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion

When we no longer need your information, we securely delete or anonymise it in accordance with our data disposal procedures.
